Oil tasting courses

In Summer are held mini course to learn to recognize characteristics and biological quality of olive oil in the shade of age-old olive trees.

Followed by a visit of the farm and, through the Baroque church, you'll end up in a magical world, that of an underground oil mill of the Roman era excavated into the limestone rock.

Also a monumental grove walk will lead to the discovery of the most beautiful trees and the attractive sculptural forms.
