Extra-virgin olive oil, lemon and lime-flavoured, has a medium fruity as well as a citrus scent, obtained processing togheter the variety "Ogliarola salentina" and lemons and limes coming from the citrus fruit orchard of our farmhouse. in this process only the essential oil that is in the citrus skin is used to favour the extra-virgin olive oil. It is good on fish, bresaola (dried salt beef typical of the Valtellina area in Lombardy), salads, boiled vegetables and to prepare desserts.
